I had the best home-cooked meal I've ever had in Melbourne tonight. :)
Super yummy pork stew and curry chicken and long beans! Our flat's first endeavour at cooking together (since ahem, Jac only moved in last night :P), and we had to cook for a total of 6 people, including Lionel and his brother, Leonard!
Everything was so good! And at first we thought our curry would be sucky, but it turned out slurpslurpslurp delicious!
Move aside, Nasi Kandar Penang. :P

I am showcasing a backlog of picture I took before leaving, again! I know, I know, how boring, and there's really not much point, but it makes me happy to sift through pictures of the people I love and the times I enjoyed. :)
Some pictures taken during Chinese NewYear...
Waiting for the boyfriend, to go to our friend's (Ben) house for CNY open house.
Hah, don't ever say I am always late, you've to wait for me k! I wait for you too! *sticks tongue* :P
And I was introduced to a very new invention...
Wii!
I am not sure how popular or well known it is, but in a nutshell, Wii is a sensor-like electronic game thingy?
Basically, the handsets (kind of similar to those of Playstations) have movement sensors, and all the games in Wii will be based on movements. For example, you can play wrestling or tennis or badminton using the handset, and the animated figures onscreen would mimic your movements (based on the handset's movements).
There are many other silly games in which you have to follow what the games dictates you to do, for instance, hold the handset like a saw and saw things, or hold it like a finger and pick your nose, all in limited time! :D
Ben coaching Yew Leong.
Ben coaching again.
And again!
I think the boyfriend was doing the "sketcher" or something like that, which means you have to hold the handset like a pen, and trace some patterns according to those shown onscreen!
After squealing ourselves silly over the nonsensical yet hopelessly fun game, the boyfriend and I went to catch a midnight movie, Ghostrider, as we crossed pinkies already to watch it before I flew off.
I know quite a few girls who said the movie was horribly scary.
I say, the fact that I looked like I have no neck in this picture is even scarier! o_O
In the queue for the movie...
A dreadfully long one, I might add.
Blardy hell, he damn tak layan.
So I thought, hmmmph!
And proceeded to focus on me and me only.
But oops, turned out he was looking at our reflection in the glass ceiling on top! :)
Spot us! :)
And I followed the boyfriend to his uncle's CNY open house...
Which is no easy feat, bear in mind, as he has 14 uncles and aunties, and countless cousins, nephews, nieces...
Imagine having to remember the right salutations!
Phew.
Choy San Yeh. God of Riches? Wealth? Prosperity?
You get the drift.
His uncle actually employed a team of lion dancers to perform in his house!
AHAHA. Indian man can be lion dancer wan!!???
I couldn't resist taking a picture of this! :P
And something I haven't seen in real-life before...
Firecrackers!
The lighting-up...
I was covering my ears in fear, 'cause everyone warned me that it would be very very very very loud.
And it was! But the noise it gave out only further complemented the atmosphere!
*piang piang boom boom piang*
And this picture did the actual situation much justice... 'Cause in real-life, it was just tonnes of smoke!
Some pictures of the lion dance...
The "lions" even peeled oranges and formed auspicous "lucky" numbers!
Faster go buy lotteries la! :P
And this is not just any damned door k.
His uncle has a lift in his house. o_O
The boyfriend's terribly adorable cousin who caught a frog in the lawn.
Which looks like a cockroach, now to think of it.
HAPPY (belated) CHINESE NEW YEAR! :D
And more random pictures....
Me, with the boyfriend during his lunch break in Bakerzin.
I felt like such a grown-up, bringing the working boyfriend out for lunch during lunchtime!
Or maybe he just treats me like an Ahmad. -_-
The boyfriend.
I know, doesn't he looks professional here?
But don't be fooled! He was calling our friends about clubbing that night. o_O
My smoked salmon panini! Or ciabatta! Forgot already.
How I miss salmon. And sashimi.
They are too expensive in Australia. :(
And I should be shot in the head for posting a bigger picture of a sandwich than my boyfriend's. Pffft.
And a mini food review, haven't done one of those in a long time...
Uncle Ben, at Taipan.
Bad hair day.
I love my sepet boy. :)
Salmon cream pasta. I am not the only one who adores salmon! ;)
My Oriental chicken chop.
To be frank, the food is just okay. Not fantastic, but not too bad either; nothing to shout about. But I do have to commend them on their excellent service. :) The boyfriend needed a plug point for his laptop (we were doing some last minute photos-sharing), and the boss and his staff were so helpful to help us find plug points in the premise. They even help us shift everything, from plates to the laptop and even our bags! And the boss even helped my boyfriend plug and switch-on everything... Definitely a plus point in my books. :) Furthermore, food there is very reasonably priced. My Oriental Chicken Chop came with a drink of my choice (anything you want, from juices to soft drinks to soya bean!), a soup, and dessert, all for RM13.90! Very affordable. :)

The day that I left, the actual day.
Lunch with my favourite girls. :)
Jing couldn't decide who she would miss more, me or my clothes. -_-
It better be me you choose, kiddo. :P
Of course, where else could we have the last lunch (as in The Last Supper, ahaha, I am so witty wtf), but Kim Gary! :P
I know, it's damn lame, but we have our girly lunches there so often, that it's only natural for us to have one long last sisterly bonding session there. :)
And check out this weird thingamajig.
It's supposed to be a baby octopus in Teeny's noodles, but it looks like a monk sitting cross-legged, no???
FREAKY! o_O
My other love, seducing me with some BR love.
And I seduced her back! ;)
And last but not the least, also a picture taken on the day I left.
Right before I left, in fact.
Rings exchanged.
Locations shuffled.
Hearts still at the same place. :)
