If I flunk, it's all my fault.

EDIT: I told Smalls that there is a topic which I don't understand, and out of frustration, I was like, "I'm just gonna screw this topic lah."

Smalls:
"Screw the topic for what! Screw the tutor lah! At least he might give you some tips.
Screw lah better things!"

-_____________-

I always scoff at people who blog about how they should be studying and not be blogging, but they are blogging anyway...

Guess what?

I should be studying now. :(

Mid semester test on Monday, which I am super super not ready for. I't's a super con job, really, 'cause supposedly only 3 topics are examinable, but I just found out that each topic requires at least 2, 3 chapters of reading.

BWARGHH!

And I am so not in the mood to study! I blame it on the fact that it's still very early in the semester. All my textbooks, tuturials, lecture notes, accounting handbook are sprawled in front of me, and yet my hands have a life of their own, automatically reaching for my wireless mouse and clicking off to the cyberworld.

WHAT. THE. HELL.

My stress levels are really high now, which explains the open bag of Tim Tams in front of me.
But when you're stressed, you burn calories faster, RIGHT? *comforts self*

I so need to transport myself back to last night, happy champagne-sipping and dancing myself silly.

Today, is just like any other day.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Today, I woke up, and you were the first thing I saw in the morning.
Like how it is every morning.
I kissed our photo gently, and started on my day.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Today, I used the glass you bought for me to be used in Melbourne.
So that I'll think of you everytime I drink water, you said.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at PhotobucketPhoto Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Today, I wore the Diva necklace you bought for me for the first time.
The first time you bought me Diva anything.
You, who used to prefer girls in T-shirts and jeans, told me, "I am finding myself to like the way you dress."

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Today, I also wore the heart you gave me near my heart.
Just like how I do everyday.
I have never taken it off since the day you clasped it around my neck.

Today, I daydreamed of you in lecture.
Today, I lied on my bed and hugged my pillow, imagining it was you.
Today, I thought of you 1,3o7,462,826,134 times.
Today, I missed you terribly.

Just like any other day.

I am a culinary goddess.

I baked some Snickers and chocolate muffins the day before.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

And oh, Lord, save me!

I am popping them like Popeye attacking his spinach!

And I just baked another batch, with more chocolate chunks inside...

DIE!

Edit: I was talking to the boyfriend, and he praised that my muffins looked delicious in the picture.
So I told him, "Okay then, I'll have one on your behalf!"
Sort of like an honorary muffin, y'know.

So I just had another muffin.
At 2.30am.

Well, hello, big tummy.

Couple talk.

Isn't it scary that a couple has to go through so much? Circumstances are ever changing, and a couple has to constantly adapt and be stronger, or face the possibility of separation.

Of course, I am talking about long term couples here. There are just so many stages in one's life; yet, when you're part of a couple, you go have to go through it together. There is the end of secondary school for high-school sweethearts. Going into universities, doing different courses, or ending up at different unis. Or with studying abroad being so common nowadays, what about those unfortunate ones who have to be separated and be doomed in a dreaded phase called the long distance relationship? Then, just when you think you have survived your tertiary education, working life begins. What happens when one person started working, and the other is still studying? Will the working person feels that his or her parner could not uderstand what he or she is going through? Will that person thinks that he or she has seen so much more, and they are therefore no longer compatible? What about when both parties go out to the working world? Will stress kill the passion? Can they find time for each other? And even after you survive all that, there will be other changes occuring in your relationship. Some people move in together. Can they stand each other's living habits? Will they get bored at each other? How do they keep themselves from wringing the neck of the other person? Then marriage comes in, and you think to yourself, hah, I've finally secured my true love. And that it not true. 'Cause you might have to move in with in-laws. Or one party gets paid much more, especially when that person is a woman. Or, you could have a baby! Or more babies! Menopause for women, erectile dysfunction for men.

What I am trying to say is, changes always happen. Everytime a change arise, the relationship might be slightly rocky, because the situation is an unknown and you do not know what to expect. But, as a strong, commited couple, or to be a strong commited one, you have to constantly be understanding, trusting, and acclimatize. When the next change weave its way into your relationship, repeat the same pattern again.

All you need to do is find faith in your love, look into the eyes of your loved one as you tighten your clasp around his or her fingers, and love will have its way.

Don't worry, my relationship is not on the rocks or anything like that! Just have been pondering over this matter recently, as I look at all the different situations that the couples around me are in. In fact, things have been great with the boyfriend and I. :) Though he works till 12am almost every night, and he's posted in Kuantan now, and some days we only get to talk for 10 minutes per day, I feel loved as ever. Nevertheless, I do feel that a long distance relationship is one of the biggest challenges that couple have to face. But we'll leave that for another day. :)

Sunday is a Funday.

We were suposed to visit the art gallery yesterday.

"Let's absorb some culture and artsy-fartsyness!"
We said.

"Let's not be those people who always shop and shop, but never experience Melbourne!"
We claimed.

"We'll go around museums and galleries, yay!"
We anticipated.

This was where we ended up.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
DFO changing room.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
The clothes I tried on.
I bought every one of them.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Tralala, just showing off the cute back of my new smock. :)
Not to mention my cute posterior, teehee.

We tried to justify us not going to the art gallery by heading to the Melbourne food and wine festival.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Just endless rows of stalls.

But there was no sampling of food! What kind of food festival it is with no free food. :(
We didn't really see a point in the festival, as there were more coffee stalls than anything else, and we couldn't find the alco.. ahem, I mean, the wine-tasting stalls.

But we did find this though...

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Fairy cupcakes!
So pretty that I wanted to keep it at my bedside table.

Until I gobbled it up.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
My supposed arts-escapade partner.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I am easily amused-- I was waving my shopping bags around the whole day 'cause every one of them was pink!
Even the packaging of my purchases are bimbotic. ;)

And I broke a personal record-- I bought 22 pieces of clothing in 3 days.
What. The. Fuck.
Even I am impressed.
And a little guilty. :(

But hey, they were real cheap k!
And I really don't need to shop anymore, my wardrobe is bursting at its hinges.

What bimbotic day out is complete without coffee and cakes.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Me and Smalls, and Yen Hou (whom we met up with) behind the camera.

And another best cheesecake in the world.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Honeycomb cheesecake!

Imagine huge chunks of Crunchie, loaded with caramel, and the smoothest milkiest cheese.

I wanted a second helping, but Smalls didn't allow.
Oppressor. :(

And Melbourne is SO crazy! Just in my last post, I was complaining about how hot it was, and now it is winter-cold??!!
I actually have to sleep with my heater on. GAH!

And yay! I got called for an interview for a telemarketing job this Friday.
Wish me luck. :)

Gucci bag, wait for me k, mommy is coming to get you soon!

I died and went to heaven.

Like, seriously.

We made a trip to DFO (Direct Factory Outlets) today, finally.
We have heard so much about DFOs before this, but as DFOs are usually located in the middle of nowhere (one, for example, is situated near the airport, which would cost us a whopping UAD80-plus of cabfare just to get there!), and it just wasn't possible for us to visit one.

Until we found out that a new DFO was opened in the city.

DO I hear a whoop-dee-doooo? :D

To cut the story short, I AM SO ABSOLUTELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASES.
I was just grinning like an idiot the whole night!

I bought so many beautiful, beautiful clothes, for such affordable prices... Scratch that, cheap and low prices!
To quote you an example, there was this top that I wanted to buy last semester, but in which I decided against because of its hefty AUD50 pricetag.

It was going for AUD9.95!
And as if that wasn't enough, it was buy-one-free-one!
So technically, I got the top for 5 bucks!
My size, in perfect condition!
That's 10 times cheaper!

I kept on telling Smalls, while we were whipping off clothes off the racks, "God'll punish us, God will punish us...
It's a sin to buy anything this cheap!"

:D

Pictures from a fruitful day:

Me and Mey, in our living room.

Smalls and I, both clad in blue.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
My bangs looked funny, 'cause I was sweating so much.

Today was just so freaking hot man. Darn you Melbourne, it's autumn already, can?
I literally felt that I was melting away.
Correction, I could see myself evaporating away. o_O

I was wearing a knee-length dress in the morning for my classes, and before heading to the city, I ran home to change into a top.
Yea, it was so hot I just wore a top out.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Me and my decent-length top. ;)

And I had Max Brenner for both lunch and dinner today. -_-

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Lunch.

Dinner.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Triniad White Chocolate.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And my favourite food in Melbourne, belgian waffle (only Max Brenner's will do).

As much as I love Max Brenners, two meals in a day without a single bit of savoury food, is pushing it.
Though that is great to hear! At least I won't be craving for Max Brenner for awhile. ;)

But I will buy Tim Tams tomorrow! :P

Anyway, I told myself I won't buy anything anymore. I have definitely shopped aplenty today! (*ulp* 11 pieces)
Unless it's from DFO, that is. ;)

And I am damn happy now, it's raining cats and dogs now, meaning that it won't be that hot tomorrow! =)

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a new wardrobe to fold and keep! :)

Chocolat.

I remember when I first arrived in Melbourne, I did a chocolate post...

And here I go again, despite me swearing and vowing to not consume too much chocolates this time around in Melbourne.

Chocolates that I consumed in span of a few days.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
It was going for 37 cents!
Yea, it was gonna expire soon, but HELLO??
Chocolates cannot keep wan what! It was gobbled straightaway! :D

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Max Brenner NEVER EVER disappoints me.

Rich chocolate frappe with peanut butter...
So thick and rich, it was almost like sucking on cold peanut butter, but yet, the chocolate and the penaut butter blended together so well!
I get cravings for it whenever I smell peanut butter. Unfortunately, my stupid flatmates always eat peanut butter toasts. :(

Meet Happy Hippo!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Happy Hippo needs a tweezing job.

Hapy Hippo teman during assignment time.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And THIS sends shivers up and down my spine!

Anyone who remotely knows me should know that my favourite ice cream EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER is Baskin Robbin's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I love anything with cookies, 'nuff said.

Unfortunately, reality bites. :( The cookie dough version of Kit Kat is a tad too sweet for my liking.

Sigh, back to Baskin Robbins then! ;)

Anyway, this post is dedicated to my grandmother, whose birthday just passed 2 days ago, who still drinks Sprite, eats french fries and chomp on Cadbury bars, Kit Kats and Godiva.

Here's to my grandmother, the 78-year-old chocolate lover. :)

And to all chocolate lovers out there...

Vroom Vroom.

Grand Prix Melbourne.

It was an impulse decision! I am not even a fan of Formula 1. *sheepish*
But I thought it would be good to experience everything whilst in Melbourne. :)

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
At the bus stop, after missing the bus, thus having to work for another half an hour for the next bus.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Lunchtime.
My observance cracks me up sometimes. ;)

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
While walking into the admission area...

I have NO IDEA why they had rides at the Grand Prix!!! It just totally doesn't go! If this was a task in The Apprentice, Donald Trump would have fire the team for creating atmosphere that is inconsistent with the event.

Hee, yea, I am passing time watching The Apprentice nowadays. Makes me feel like working hard in life.
Momentarily.

And people actually went on the rides!!!

I understand how some people might take on the rides, 'cause 58 laps of the same cars zooming past you in a blur, as hot as they are, gets stale after awhile.

But the least you could do is watch the last 3 laps right???

Even while the final lap was completed and people were cheering for the new champions, I could see from the corner of my eye that there was still alot of people on the rides!

Like, what the hell.
Pay AUD68 to go on rides. -_-

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
PS3 for those who could not be part of the actual racecourse.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Yea, baby! Sizzling hot!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Guess which team I supported. ;)

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Race car constrcuted by canned drinks.
Quite random, I agree.

The 3 girls who went for some vroom vroom action.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Leonard, Lionel's brother.
He stops us from shopping all the time.
No surprises there, he works in wealth management! :P

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I could not imagine a more perfect weather. :)

Blazing sun, but yet, cool breeze.
Dangerous though, 'cause you don't realise how hazardous the sun was!

Everyone said my arms are much blacker now.
Not more tanned. They used the term 'blacker'.
-_-

My all trustworthy multi-function huge shopping bag.
I knew it was a good iea to go shopping before the race. ;)

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Picnic blanket (seats two).

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And shade.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
You could see my new pair of jeans peeking out of my bag...
Yup, I took out the jeans, and fully utilised the bag!
The jeans was such a steal, it was originally priced at AUD180!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
While waiting for the race to start.
We got there early to hog good seats.

The sounds of the purring engines are so sexy.
I know, I sound like such a bloke!
But it's indescribable, the smooth revvs of gorgeous cars.
The moment I heard the first revving, I was hooked...
And instantly put in the mood.

As the cars accelerate past you, the reverbarations of the engine whirrs sends tingles up your spine.
I can't put it into words.
Hear it for yourself. :)

It was almost literally impossible to snap pictures of the cars! They go past you so fast, that almost all of my shots are just empty backgrounds.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Kepo audience who wanted to see the racers crash and burn.
Sadists!

And beyond that, ladies and gentlemen, I got bored.

Guess I am not such a bloke's girl, after all.
It's just repetitions of a car going round and round gets old fast.
And in my defense, I slept for 4 hours plus only the night before!
So I was actually dozing off at certain parts of the competition. *guilty*

But I did manage to catch the winner of the race!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Woohooo, Ferrari! :D

And after the race, they actually allowed the audience to go onto the tracks!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Ride me, if you can!

Ok, that came out so wrong.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Burnt rubber, skid marks.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Alonso (2nd), Raikkonen (1st), and Hamilton (3rd).

Err, I did minimal research before going for the race. :P

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Kissing the rubber marks!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And what Jac calls "cat litter", pink pebbles!
Of course the 3 bimbos must take picture lah. :P

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And cream puff with a twist-- cookie crumbs on top!
WOW.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
And the picture of my red bean pancake again, because I love them so.

Sigh, time for my assignment. It's only Week 4, for heaven's sake, and I already have an assignment due on Friday.

*waves goodbye desolatedly with my black arms*
