Everyone(and thing) wants a piece of my flower.

I have nothing to blog about because lately all I have been obsessed with is going to the gym, eating as little as I can wtf, and sleeping.

But I do have something happening in a few days' time, which I gladly welcome with open arms.

Two weeks of leave back home! :D For my professional papers, but damn, I am happy to go home after 1 month of being stuck here. Yes, you people who make fun of me for going home so often... I haven't been home for 1 month! I think the only other time I have abstained from going home for as long is during my peak period. :(

Feels weird to blog without pictures, so here goes, some random pictures of one of our family dinners.

On the way to dinner. That's my mom with her peace sign hahaha.

With Jing! We both dressed up 'cause dad told us we were going to some fancy restaurant. But it turns out to be a boring Chinese restaurant. Boo.

Looks like an innocent candid shot...?

There was actually a housefly on my corsage ala a buzzing bee FML.

Showing off the fly with much gusto wtf.

Updates on my life:

1. I am going to the Beyonce concert! :D :D :D With an all girls' team: Jing, Smalls, Mey. Anyone else going? I really can't wait to see whether Beyonce's thighs are really that big in real life wtf. Heh, no la, I really like Beyonce! Can't wait to see this powerhouse perform live. :)

2. Am super excited about the Beyonce concert, till I found out something after the tickets were bought. I have one professional paper one day after the concert FML.

3. That being said, it's really time I start studying!!! I am taking 2 papers this time around, and the only thing I have done is to unwrap the books from their packaging (they were couriered over from Australia). I am not really particularly worried about the papers, I don't think I will fail them.. But I would like to spend more of my leave at home playing than studying though! wtf

4. My fitness level has improved! I have been going to gym and Pilates relatively often (I aim to go for 3 times gym and at least 1 Pilates session a week), and whilst I have not lost any weight, I can genuinely see that my fitness has upped 1 (or hopefully more) level. My weight remains stagnant though, and it's easy to get demotivated. :( But the boyfriend tells me that it's 'cause I am building muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. I don't know how true is that, but at the meantime, I am just focusing on being healthy. We will see how that goes. :)

5. I want to watch 500 days of Summer! Its trailer has been playing nonstop at all train stations, and curious, I started Googling it. It totally looks like something that I will really enjoy! :) Especially after reading what JoycetheFairy wrote, I am even more convinced that I HAVE to catch this movie. :)

6. I spent too much money this week. Uh oh.

7. Craving for warm soya bean now (less sugar please)!

Mandatory activity while waiting for the train. :)

HAHAHAHAHAHA we saw this on the bench we were sitting on!!!

I took the picture totag Teeny on FB-- 'cause she was damn angsty over the wanker incident. :P

My bejewelled, err, housefly brooch wtf.

Beautiful weather! A little on the cold side though.

I was very brave 'cause I only had a tube dress and a vest underneath.. Brr!

We were off to Brunswick Street.

We saw the sun, and pumped out fist to the air wtf.

Lunch at one of the cafes. Always pure enjoyment no matter which random cafe we pop into. :)

I have no face wtf.

Love my little marching band boy ring! :P

Brunswick Street!

Walking down the street for some good ol' shopping fun. :)

The name of this shop cracks me up. :P

Crossing the road with a purpose-- warehouse sale at the shop opposite us! :P

Murals. :)

I think you can click to enlarge. :)

Rendezvous wtf.

Spotted this funky goat in a locked nursery. :P

Jing likes to take pictures of posteriors.

Joshua took one look at the toes and said: "Geee, doesn't she go for a pedicure?" HAHAHA.

Absolutely stunning.

Ditto.

Bangkok: Day 4.

Last installment of Bangkok pictures! Hopefully it isn't the last. 'Cause an all-girls' trip is on the books now (Jac, come back for it!!), with visions of nightly massages, drinks, SHOPPING, girlie teas. Mmm. :)

It was the last day of our trip, not many pictures 'cause we were due to fly off in the afternoon. So we just set off to my dad's favorite mall-- the MBK mall. -_-

(-_- 'cause it's this really dodgy, old-fashioned mall. For good reason, it's apparently the oldest shopping center in Bangkok)

Dad and mom entertaining themselves while we trudged behind.

Nothing much to do in the mall, so we entertained ourselves. ;)

With Teeny Tallie .

Outfit:

Printed beaded tee with flared sleeves and diamante collar: River Island
Gray leopard print bodycon skirt: Miss Selfridge
Gold/Silverstudded bangles: Teeny's
Silver studded bracelet: Singapore
White leather sneakers: River Island
Bag: Miu Miu

Beads, embellishments, diamantes.. even on my T-shirt, haha. :P

I wanted to show you all the flared sleeves...

... and all I have is this picture wtf.

Leaving for the airport.. The cab's boot has not enough space for our hauls! *shifty eyes*

And since some people have been asking me what to do/where to go in Bangkok, let me show you all something that I regret not doing during my trip....

I should have at least tried one of these!!!
