Happy thoughts vs low spirits.

That day, Jing wore a woven head band around her head, and suddenly, my aunt rubbed her chin thoughtfully and told her that Jing reminds her of someone.

Jing flipped her hair, expecting my aunt to say 'Jessica Alba' or 'Cecilia Cheung' wtf.
The my aunt said....

"AAAH I know who! Sun WuKong!!!"

HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAH

Then she further explained that it's 'cause my sister's hair is gold-ish (like monkey), and the woven headband looked like the headgear that Sun Wukong always wear... and on top of it, Jing was wearing something red that day!

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHA
AHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA

Jing and her primitive side WTF.

And on the ship, I was wearing a midriff shirt... Then suddenly my mom called out: "Indian woman!". When my sisters and I started looking left and right to locate the mysterious Indian woman, my mom told me she was referring to me 'cause of my midriff top. -_________-

Getting on with the Indian rhythm wtf.

(All pictures are taken during the cruise)

****************************************************

Actually I was in a really really foul mood just now, but after looking at these stupid pictures, I feel a teeny bit better.
Let's just say that everything went wrong today. I had to work ultra late, which always dampen my mood; on top of that, I had to bring work back home to do. Never mind that. Then when I left client's place to go home, I decided to be adventurous and took on a new bus line. Guess what. I took the wrong bus, and ended going further away from home!!!

My client's place is already super super super far from where I stay. But I took the wrong bus and ended up at another further place (marked X), so I had to changed transport and go one big round to head back home. And when you're tired and hungry and you have work waiting for you to finish, every single minute counts! Pissing off.

Something else happened, and it's going to cost me loads to rectify the problem. Fuck. And if the problem isn't properly resolved, I am going to be mightily screwed on Friday. Double fuck. Make that triple fuck.

And one more thing. Hui Wen Hui Wen, when will you learn to not get your hopes high.

Arghhhh I can feel myself getting depressed all over again. :(

Eat, sleep, and be merry.

And that's what cruises are for. ;)

*********************************************

I was too tired to register it last night, what with reaching home almost midnight after one full day of shopping malls with the sisters and sleeping in the wee hours for the past few nights. But it hit me real hard this morning-- my cruise weekend is OVER.

:'(

Needless to say, I had a real bad case of Monday blues today, sigh.

What I wouldn't give to be seated on the cruise ship again, sitting al fresco, the velvety black skies cast above us, the gentle sea breeze. The ship still and quiet, in the night of 3am, with only our laughter piercing through the air. :)

And my lips are not glossy 'cause of a new brand of lip gloss-- they are merely proof my late night supper, heh.

Yup, food is abundant on the ship-- free flow of food! Thank goodness we only go on cruises once every 2 years, if not Star Cruises would have closed down their business a long time ago, considering the way my sisters and I eat WTF.

Obviously the camera is not for capturing scenery pictures! Besides the fact that we are much more interesting objects to photograph, hehe, the sea is a very scary thing at night!!! It's just completely pitch black!! You can't even hear the sounds of waves or breeze or water splashing... It's so utterly still that it feels unnerving. 'Cause I keep on imagining what would happen if I drop in. Or what lives under the ocean. T_T The creature of the Blue Lagoon wtf.

Laughing our heads off 'cause at one point we could see the horizon of a city of some sort (Indonesia or M'sia or Singapore we are not sure), and we actually witness a big fat angry black cloud splattering rain over one small part of the place! Like, one isolated cloud which was raining, whereas the rest of the place was fine. Just like how it is depicted in the picture wtf. It really is an amusing scene ok! :P

Grouchy 'cause I was sleepy, but yet I was having too much to go sleep.
(Actually I was just afraid that my sisters will call me 'old' and 'uncool' if I announce that I want to retire to bed wtf)

Hijacker's victory pose, haha!

Tweet tweet!

I realised I still have some pictures from the boyfriend's trip down to Singapore (I wanted to say down South but it sounded wrong WTF). So here you go. :)

White satin bow headband: Diva
Nautical baby blue striped puffed sleeve shirt: Online

White shorts: Cotton On

Gold chain link belt with tassel: Forever 21 (came with a skirt)
Pearl cuff: Diva

Electric blue ballet slippers: Camberwell Market, Melbourne

If you couldn't gauge from the flock of flamingos in the background, we were at the birdpark! :P

I know I know, you are all giving me wtf looks now! What to do, we are a really cheesy couple, haha.

Big dorky grins. :D

Super random (fake) telephone booth in the middle of the birdpark. Heck, this makes me think of UK and makes me think of going to UK next year! Do you think I will be able to save enough for a trip there. T_T

At the hanging bridge!
The birds flew freely (certain parts of the birdpark are enclosed areas, so you will get birds swooshing around), so I was very weary of bird shit landing on my head.

Doing theTerror Bird (the black bird with hands) WTF.
HAHAHA damn stupid la this bird, the name, the short limbs!

Resting, 'cause nature doesn't agree with me wtf.
Hey, visiting a birdpark is considered an outdoorsy activity k! :P

:)

The boyfriend's childhood ambition was to be an archaelogist. Which is why he gets excited by Indiana Jones movies, haha.

WAHHH WE FOUND DINOSAUR BONES!!!
Hahahah this is why we are totally suitable for each other.

Yaya, I do realised that there are no pictures of any birds. This is 'cause the boyfriend and I have been to the birdpark in KL (which in my humble opinion, is nicer than the S'pore one), and my sentiments are: you see one bird, you have seen all birds wtf.

But we do have the LOVEBIRDS, hehe!
