Yellow gerberas.

This greeted me in the car this afternoon:

I was ooh-ing and aah-ing over the flowers whilst thanking the boyfriend. Then he told me: "ya, 'cause you were late, I had nothing to do, so I went to buy flowers lor".
(I made the boyfriend wait for me outside of my house for 20minutes *shifty eyes*)

FML!

When I started merajuk-ing, he then told me the flowers are to show me how he loves me despite me always being late. -_- Digging a deeper hole, and buries himself in it as well wtf.

How ar, girls, do you all make your boyfriends wait for you for dates?? I 'interviewed' a few of my guy friends, and they told me that waiting for girls is very common! One guy even invites himself into the girlfriend's house each time (instead of waiting in the car) because he knows the girlfriend will take another hour wtf. :/

Picture that caught my eye in Coffee Bean. :P

Inspiration for me! Must. Lose. Weight.

Outfit:

Charcoal gray boyfriend blazer: Topshop
Vintage army green polka dot scarf (folded in front blazer pocket): Mom's
Gray satin romper with ruffled studded bustline: Bangkok
White and black plastic drops necklace: Topshop
Black felt hat: Zara
Light gray laced-up pumps: Topshop
Floral origami-like clutch: Forever New

Me loves oversized clutches, though they are a bitch to carry around while shopping!

My mom is not going to be happy that I called her scarf: 'vintage', haha!
('cause it emphasises that she is from another era hehehe)

Studs on the ruffles! :)

Woot woot I will be dancing on the dancefloor in 2 hours' time, Zouk here I come! :D

Pearl-laden.

I have been busy trying to tune-up my life! i.e. hitting the gym religiously. It's not easy to make time for exercise when I finish work around 8pm everyday! Leaving me with no time for... anything. No time for dinner, no time to talk to the boyfriend, no time to surf.

Boo!

I am feeling very lazy, so I am just going to play cheat by posting some pictures and call it a post. :P I was talking to the boyfriend just now, and he said I sounded like I am on a tranquilizer, haha. A tired hui wen means I cannot be my usual zoom-zoom noisy chirpy self (but my colleagues will disagree; apparently they are always amazed why I can still be so hyper although I am working at 3am -__-). BUT internally I am all joyous and cheery! wtf sounds like Christmas. 'Cause I am going home tomorrow night! And I will get to watch UP, yay! Apparently you will cry throughout the movie right. *starts preparing tissue packs*

Old old old pictures from the boyfriend's birthday dinner with his family:

My face was so slim before this!! Now it's like a mantao. T_T

Trying to show my pale pink polka dotted mini hairbow... but the flash made it look like a wad of gum stuck on my hair wtf.

Challenging outfit wtf:

Fuchsia top with pearl and sequin embellishments: Salabianca
Silver print full skirt: Valleygirl
Pale pink polka-dotted mini hairbow: Equip, Australia
Pearl cuff (not shown): Diva
Hot pink suede cut-outs heels: Online
Bag (not shown): Chanel

Challenging, 'cause I always find it a big headache thinking of what to wear when I have to meet the parents!!! Auspicious colors, decent length, modest neckline.. phew, stressful!

I was having a good face day, so... :P

Mmm, as you can see, this pictures are really old 'cause my hair was so dark back then! (btw the boyfriend's birthday is in May wtf) My hair color has faded quite a bit, and I am quite tempted to get it done again during the Raya weekend.

I love the pearl encrusted top I was wearing (it's actually my mom's), and I actually wanted to match it with this clutch of mine:

So pretty right!
But I left it in Singapore then. :(

Anyway, a really mushy text that I sent to the boyfriend just now:

Bee, im in da train now from gym, i saw this formula 1 ad, with da tagline "nothing comes close"..=p i want u to know dat when it comes to u,nothing comes close too! =p

Melbourne 2009: Day 0

Day 0 actually refers to the day we flew wtf. Hehe, sort of like what we learnt in Physics, t=0 for radioactive decay; or t=0 in those charts/graphs we had to do in Science.

Sorry, I have been using the Chart Wizard in M'soft Excel too often. T_T

Ooh, speaking of charts, remember I mentioned that I am currently auditing a cosmetics giant? I am in charge of doing the sales analysis (which explains Chart Wizard wtf), and I am having so much fun!!! I have to interview each brand manager, and I totally get it when they go over the sales trend with me.

E.g.: one of the brands is MAC (aah MAC I love you):

Brand Manager: Oh, you know right, we launched the Hello Kitty collection last year, so there is a surge in sales...

Yes yes yes!! I totally get it!! And all those interesting informative tidbits about seasonal trends, festive seasons promotions etc... For once, I actually understand what I am analysing wtf. Totally relateable. *happy*

So yea, although I am working like a dog (I worked till 4am the day before, on a Saturday!!!), it's definitely one of the most interesting jobs I have. :D

Anyway, back to Melbourne! Starting from the beginning, instead of continuing from where I left off 'cause I am unpredictable like that wtf.

Super short entry, 'cause I just realised I only have 4 pictures of us on the plane. *shifty eyes*

Here is me looking very pale.
Do you think it's easy to sit on a NON-reclinable seat! T__T

Jing looking very emo. Maybe she was fretting over our financial situation in Aussie (we didn't bring enough aussie dollars).
And the passenger behind her very active ar wtf.

Jaclyn (who has taken Air Asia before) reminded me again and again to bring a pillow and blanket, as Air Asia does not provide such necessities 'luxuries'.

I forgot about the pillow, but I thought I was so smart, 'cause I brought along a Naf Naf pashmina to be my blanket. It's hot pink, with Hawaiian floral prints, and has sequins all over. Not very bright, 'cause the pashmina is thin as paper. T___T So the whole night I was shaking and shivering. T____T

Plane outfit (comfort was the aim!):

Black and cream striped racer tank: Stockist
Khaki green cotton harem pants: Zara

Vintage military green quilted jacket: Thrifted

Layered black/gold/blue plastic beads necklace: Sportsgirl

Layered chains: Bangkok

Black studded heels (not shown): Zara

I am not a huge fan of harem pants ('cause they emphasise on the butt and crotch FML) but god they are so comfortable to wear!!! I think harem pants are going to be my staple for all airplane outfits from now onwards. :P
